    • New York City residents — In House carriers offering same day & next day deliveries.
    • Other 49 States — Trusted third party carriers — UPS | USPS | FedEx

  • I RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS, WHAT NOW!?

    We would like to apologize for this inconvenience to have occurred on you.


    The first thing you should do is emailing us,
    at support@sama.nyc. We can help you replace the damaged products. You can also visit our Contact Us page to fill the form.


Updating an Order

  • CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

    YES. You can cancel the order before we fitful and ship it. This timeframe is around 12-24 hours. You can not cancel after the package is in transit.


    Orders in NYC that choose same-day or next-day delivery will not be able to do so. They will still have the option to return the order after received.


  • CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    YES.

    You can change your shipping address before we fitful and ship. This timeframe is around 12-24 hours.

Order Issues

  • I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

    Mistakes happen.


    — If you have received the wrong product ordered, please contact us at support@sama.nyc.

  • WHY HAS NY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

    There can be many reasons why your order has been canceled, returned or voided.

    1. Items are not available
    2. Address can not be found
    3. Suspected Fraud

    To find out the issue your facing, you can visit our Contact Us page to fill the request.

  • MY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDNT RECEVIE ANYTHING?

    Due to using third party carriers the likes of UPS, we are also bond by their tracking system. This means we are unable to properly give a precise status.

    If you receive a status update of DELIVERED, please wait 1-2 more days before calling the carrier used.

    ** customers reported orders arriving days late after status update, due to it falling under a weekend.

  • WHAT DOES PRE-SHIPMENT MEAN?

    Pre-shipment — This means your order is filled and ready to deliver. A waiting period before dropping off to the carrier.

Returns

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

    Returning items to us is easy, all we ask is these four requirements. 

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

    • Seasonal Items
    • Open packaged items
    • Items on Sale
    • Items with stains, wear-tear, cracks, etc.
  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    You have multiple ways to return an item.

    1. You can login into your account using the email you ordered with. Once logged in, you can view your past orders and an option to request a refund.
    2. Visit our Contact Us page to fill the form and select "return' under REASON. Please do not forget to include your order number. 

    ** Normal respond times within 24hrs.

  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

    After your return request is accepted, your refund will be credited back to the credit card used within 1-3 business days, excluding weekend.
